Michael Desrochers, CPA
Founder and President
Michael is the founder and managing shareholder of Desrochers & Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts. He has a solid track record of success, providing accounting, auditing, tax, advisory, and management consulting services to companies and to high-net-worth individuals. Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Michael enjoys following his favorite sports teams, traveling with his wife and two sons, and spending time with family and friends.
Thomas Kneeland, CPA
Tax Director
Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Framingham State University and a Certificate of Accounting and Taxation from Bentley University. With more than 30 years of experience, he has a deep expertise in tax compliance and advisory services for organizations and high net-worth individuals. He is a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. In his free time, Tom enjoys relaxing and spending time with family and friends. He likes taking Coco, his dog, for walks, being outdoors, and exploring new technologies.
Thomas McElmury, CPA
Manager
Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Michael’s College, where he double majored in Accounting and Business. As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, Thomas brings extensive expertise in audit, review, and compilation engagements, as well as preparation of tax returns for individuals and business entities. Outside of work, Thomas is an avid Boston sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife Erika, their dog Brodie, and friends.
